Refund Policy – Flavio Design.

Our goal is to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services provided. If you are not satisfied with the service, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

1. Refund Request Period:
   Refunds can be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment confirmation.

2. How to Request:
   Send your request by email to flavio@flaviodesign.co, including your order number and the reason for the request.

3. Partially Delivered Services:
   If the service has already started or been partially delivered, the refund will be proportional to the portion not completed.

4. Refund Processing Time:
   Once approved, the refund will be processed within 20 business days using the same payment method used in the original transaction.

We reserve the right to deny the refund if the service has been fully delivered according to the agreed scope.
